Super simple, 4 main ingredients, on the table in less than 30 minutes, absolutely delicious & really versatile. This recipe would work really well for just about any fish fillet. Salmon is just what I happened to have. Here`s what you`ll need for your Week Night Lemon Butter Salmon:
Salmon Filets- 4-8 oz per person
Butter- 1/4 cup melted
Lemon-1 juiced + extra to garnish
Dried Bread CrumbsA look at the players.Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl melt the butter and add the lemon juice. Stir to mix.Dip the salmon filets into the butter mixture to coat both sides.Add the lemon butter coated salmon to the bread crumbs, again coating both sides.Line a baking sheet with foil & give a quick hit of cooking spray or grease lightly. Add the salmon filets and slide in the oven. These are going to cook really fast. Figure on 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness. Bake until just cooked through.
