Simply pan roasted chicken breasts finished with a super easy 4 ingredient cream sauce that rivals any dish at your favorite restaurant. That being said, here`s what you`ll need for your Week Night Chicken with Sun Dried Tomato Basil Cream:
Chicken Breasts- boneless & skinless
Flour- 1/2 cup to dredge
S & P
Cream- 1 cup
Garlic 1-2 cloves minced
Sun Dried Tomatoes- 1/4 cup chopped
Fresh Basil- 1/4 cup thinly sliced
Generously season the chicken breasts with salt & pepper.Add the flour to a bowl or plate & dredge the chicken to coat shaking off any excess.Dredged & ready to cook.
Heat a splash of olive oil over medium high heat and add the chicken. Cook 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove to a plate & cover with foil.
Add the minced garlic to the pan & cook about 30 seconds.
Add the cream & sun dried tomatoes, give a stir.
