Sometimes the absolute simplest things can be the best! Waking up to the sun, a walk with the dogs, an early morning swim, a strangers unsolicited smile or in this particular case Sweet Thai Chili Glazed Salmon. I`m not even going to call this a recipe, just a great dinner idea using a couple of delicious items that when combined are the perfect marriage. Add a couple easy garnishes to finish the dish sending it from great to phenomenal and… an additional bonus, this can be on the table in 20 minutes. Pretty cool right!
Here`s all you`ll need for your Sweet Thai Chili Glazed Salmon:
Serves 4
Salmon Filets- 4 6-8 oz portions
Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
Green Onion or Chives- thinly sliced
Toasted Sesame SeedsPreheat your oven to 400 degrees.Line a baking sheet with foil (easy clean up) & lightly grease or give it a quick hit of cooking spray. Add your salmon filets & brush generously with the sweet Thai chili sauce. Slide into the oven & bake 7-12 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish or until just cooked through. Remove to plates & garnish with the green onion or chives & a sprinkle of the toasted sesame seeds.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
