Shallot- 1 minced

Lemon- 1 juiced & zested
Egg-1 beaten
Bread Crumbs- 1/2 cup
Hot Sauce- a dash or 2
Dijon Mustard- 1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
S & P
Butter- 2 tablespoons
Dill- 2 teaspoons dried or 2 tablespoons fresh
