Quick Pickled Red Onions, this is one of my absolute favorite condiments of all time! A true staple in my fridge and think it will be in yours after you give them a try. A must have with so many different things, top a burger, add to a fresh tomato salad, include on your next cheese plate, toss in a sandwich, not to mention any tacos, burritos or Mexican plate. But wait, it gets even better, 4 ingredients & 5 minutes active time is all they take! Here`s all you need for your Quick Pickled Red Onions:
Red Onions-2 sliced thin
Apple Cider Vinegar- 1 1/2 cups
Salt-1 teaspoonThinly slice the red onion. Add to a jar.Add the vinegar, sugar & salt to a small sauce pan, bring to a boil stirring to make sure the sugar & salt are dissolved. Remove from heat and pour over the red onions. Refrigerate.
They`ll be ready to enjoy in 30 minutes. That`s it!! How easy was that & you`re going to love them!I used them here with my Pork in Chile Colorado tacos! These are so addicting!!
