So this simple man`s plan for better eating today is Game Day Buffalo Turkey Meatballs. All the great spicy meatiness with a whole lot less grease, fat and mess. Super simple to make, only 5 ingredients & really delicious you need these in your life. Make or take these to your next get together & watch them disappear in a matter of seconds. Here`s what you`ll need for your Game Day Buffalo Turkey Meatballs.
Ground Turkey-1 lb
Panko Bread Crumbs- 1/2 cup
Hot Sauce- 2/3 cup (I used Franks`s Red Hot)
Blue Cheese Dressing- for dipping
A quick look at the players.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add the turkey, 1/3 cup hot sauce, panko bread crumbs & egg to a mixing bowl.Mix until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with foil & give a light shot of cooking spray. Roll into 1 inch meatballs. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Toss gently with the remaining hot sauce & serve with the Blue Cheese dressing.
