Fresh Mango Salsa
2 Large Mangos, ripe but still firm, small dice
1/2 Red Onion, small dice
1/2 Avocado, small dice
1 Plum Tomato, deseeded, small dice
1/2 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Mix all ingredients cover and chill for a bit to let the flavors mingle.
