Here`s all you need:
Jalapeño Chiles-5-6 stemmed, deveined, seeded , fine chop
Onion-White or Yellow, finely chopped
Garlic-1-2 cloves minced
Cilantro-small bunch chopped
Vinegar- 1 tbls
Olive Oil- 1 tbls
Salt- 1 tsp
Just a preview,
Super easy prep because the blender or food processor is doing all the work. Seed & devein the chiles, chop your onion, chop te cilantro, mince the garlic & juice your limes.
Add the prep to the blender. Blend and add the olive oil slowly. Process to your desired consistency.
Blended and ready to serve.
