What I`m talking about is Crispy Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus. Prepare this ahead of time & when you`re ready just pop into the oven for 15 minutes & serve. Guaranteed they`ll be the first to go at your next gathering with your guests looking for more.

Here`s all you need for your Crispy Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus:
Asparagus Spears-30, thin to medium, tough ends removed.
Prosciutto- 15 slices, halved lengthwise.
Parmesan Cheese- 1-2oz gratedThe players, small team in the line up today.Start by removing the tough woody ends.Grate the parmesan. I like to use the smaller grate for this but hey, that`s just me. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.Working one at a time lay out the prosciutto, add the asparagus & rollèm up.Repeat with the remaining spears.Line a baking sheet with foil & lightly grease. Lay the wrapped asparagus in a single layer.Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese & into the oven they go. Just stupid easy right.Bake 15 minutes or until the prosciutto has crisped. Serve immediately.
