Aunt Emma`s Famous Corn Pudding

You know those rare times in life when you have something that’s too good to be true, but it is. That`s exactly what I have for you today. This recipe was given to me many years ago by my great aunt Emma. It has been a staple and favorite in my life since forever at any major holiday celebration. Think Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter etc etc. This is so unbelievably good there are almost no words. What I have for you today is Aunt Emma`s Famous Corn Pudding. What`s better, there are six ingredients and an active time of maybe 5 minutes.
Here`s what you`ll need:
Corn Muffin Mix- 1 box
Canned Corn- 1 15oz can undrained
Creamed Corn- 1 15oz can
Sour Cream- 1 cup
Butter- 1/2 cup melted
Egg-1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

Mix the canned corn, creamed corn, sour cream, butter & egg.

 

 

 

Add the wet ingredients to the corn muffin mix.

 

 

 

Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

 

 

 

Add the batter. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.

 

 

 

 

Remove from the oven, let rest 15 minutes and enjoy Aunt Emma`s Famous Corn Pudding. Guaranteed there won`t be leftovers to put away!!

  1. I have wanted this recipe since the first time it arrived at our GH Thanksgiving so many years ago. It will be on the menu for Christmas this year for sure!
