    • Thanks Natasha! They are just awesome little bites but to be honest I have not gotten a hot one yet, & I`ve eaten A LOT!

      • Ok that’s good to know! Spicy food doesn’t agree with me so I’d hate to order something with these (like an expensive steak I saw on a menu at a restaurant that had these peppers) and then get a nasty surprise hahaha.

        • Well, I`ve heard the same but I`ve never had a spicy one but…I love spicy food & have a REALLY high heat tolerance. I just know they`re so delish!!

  1. Hi. I like your site. I’ve been cooking with peppers for 36 years and have never heard of Shoshitos. Could they by chance have another name? They look like a smaller, wrinkled version of Anaheims, which have different names depending on which part of the country you’re in. This recipe sounds yummy and I’ll try it soon. Thank you so much.

    • Hi, Shoshito Peppers are a really mild pepper from east asia & you`ll often find them in sushi or Japanese restaurants. A similar pepper is the Padron Chile. Here`s a link for Shoshito Peppers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shishito You need to try them! So ridiculously good! Let me know when you do.
